State Street Homes, LLC is a small company with a mission to build great homes. The founder has a passion for building new homes and over 30 years of experience in the home building and real estate industries. He was formerly a Partner in, and President of a large home building company that built thousands of homes in the Tampa Bay area. State Street Homes, LLC and its owner were honored as Builder Member of the Year in 2009 by the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
State Street Homes builds Modern homes. Our homes are designed to be timeless and flexible. Decades from now, you will still love your home just as much as you do the day you move in.
We build homes in the south Tampa area and sell our homes when they are completed. We will consider building a home for a customer on a limited basis. If you are interested in a custom home please fill out the information request form on an Available home and we will contact you.
We use outstanding partners in the industry to design, construct and deliver stylish, well thought out, quality built homes. All State Street homes come with a 10 year structural warranty.
The homes are built and sold by State Street Homes III, LLC, which has the same ownership as State Street Homes, LLC.
